Returns Policy

Jazz Up prides itself on customer satisfaction. Providing a quality product has always been our mission. Items may be returned or exchanged in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Just follow the simple instructions listed below. First, send an email to to receive refund/exchange authorization. Ship a copy of your invoice back with the merchandise. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.


Products are shipped from area code 77079. We take care to use the most affordable method for our customers. Orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and UPS. Delivery typically takes three to seven business days for in stock items. If the merchandise is backordered you will be sent an email with an expected delivery date. For non-domestic orders we use United States Postal Service (additional shipping charges may apply).
